I live in a forested wetlands that separates me from the rest of the world like a fortress during this pandemic. My daily view is of this forest fortress and my work expresses the feelings it evokes in me as time elapses. Therefore, I do not strive for realistic renderings. The pandemic takes us through a year of seasons. It is the harsh reality of our vulnerability. And yet, the forest fortress remains intact.
